1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to use of the megaott.app website and any MegaOTT subscription or reseller service confirmed through official support. By ordering, you confirm that you can enter a contract and will use the service lawfully.
2. Service description
MegaOTT provides account access intended for compatible IPTV player software. Catalogue figures and categories are current listings that can change. EPG, catch-up, subtitles, audio and picture quality depend on the relevant source and player.
3. Account and connections
Keep credentials private and use only the permitted number of simultaneous connections. Installing a player on several devices does not automatically increase concurrent-stream allowance. Do not resell a retail account or share access outside the agreed use.
4. Third-party players and devices
Player apps, televisions and streaming hardware are supplied by third parties. Their fees, licences, availability, updates and privacy practices are separate unless a written MegaOTT offer states otherwise.
5. Payments and periods
Confirm the plan, USD total, payment method and subscription period before payment. A subscription period begins according to the activation confirmation. Keep the receipt and official support conversation.
6. Availability and fair use
Internet routing, source changes, maintenance, device capability and local networks can affect availability. No permanent channel list, uninterrupted operation or universal picture-quality guarantee is made.
7. Lawful use
Use only content and services you are legally entitled to access. You are responsible for local law, age restrictions, device security and any taxes or business duties connected with your use.
8. Reseller terms
Resellers must confirm credit rules, protect customer data, describe services accurately, provide their agreed support and comply with applicable consumer, privacy, tax, marketing and content laws. Revenue is not guaranteed.
9. Changes and contact
